Math

We engaged in a lot of math games and centers to practice our basic facts, fractions and decimals.

Science

It was VERY busy in the classroom this week with science. Students were botanists and explored how plants propagate (ASK THEM HOW), how seeds are dispersed, plant life cycles, and recorded all of their plant observations into drawings, and labelled captions.

Social Studies

Students are going to be learning about the history of Alberta and the various groups of people that have originated in Alberta and come to Alberta overtime.

They have started to learn about hope to map out a time line of events in preparation for a greation of a class historical timeline of Alberta.

Students are learning how to tumble for gymnastics!
